Engineering and portfolio leader Rohit Sabikhi brings over eighteen years of experience steering transformative technology initiatives for global consulting firms and their clients. With a B.Tech from Punjab Technical University, Rohit began his career as Infrastructure Specialist at Sapient, leading the design and delivery of infrastructure and platform operations for global clients across multiple sectors over a seven-year tenure.

He went on to spend more than four years as Managing Consultant (Senior Manager) at Capgemini Invent, advising CIOs on IT strategy, Enterprise Architecture and incubating emerging technology capabilities like Blockchain. Rohit then joined Avanade as Group Manager, Technical Advisory, orchestrating cloud migration blueprints and leading DevOps and SRE transformations for high-impact FTSE 100 engagements — including a comprehensive cloud migration blueprint for a USD 1.4 billion enterprise.

Today, Rohit is Portfolio Manager at Capgemini, leading technology portfolios and engineering leadership initiatives to drive business value across financial services, trading and risk management, healthcare and technology consulting. He specialises in cloud migration, engineering leadership, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, IT strategy and digital transformation — making him an ideal fit for large-scale technology change programmes and FTSE-level engineering organisations.
