AI and Marketing Consultant Trevor Lambert brings over thirty years of senior marketing experience to Leadership Services, with a unique combination of Chartered Marketer credentials, copywriting craft and a background as a qualified psychotherapist. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Trevor has held senior in-house marketing positions including a four-year stint as Marketing Director at Medacs Healthcare, where he led marketing strategy for one of the UK’s major healthcare recruitment businesses.

From 2013, Trevor founded Glass Halo Ltd, providing strategic marketing management and AI advisory to help senior leaders in professional services focus on growth through clearer positioning, better content and stronger lead generation. Since 2017, he has also served as Senior Strategist and AI Lead at Kanga Health Ltd, consulting for top ten pharmaceutical companies on digital strategy, digital landscaping and AI transformation projects.

Today, Trevor specialises in helping professional services firms integrate practical AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve performance — backed by multiple AI certifications from MMC Learning. His psychotherapy training gives him a rare ability to address both the practical and psychological barriers senior leaders face when adopting AI, making him a natural choice for professional services, pharmaceuticals, healthcare and recruitment businesses looking to modernise marketing and adopt AI sensibly.
