Senior Marketing and Commercial leader Doug West brings extensive board-level corporate experience across small to medium enterprises and global multinationals, including DHL, Rentokil Initial and OCS. Doug has spent his career capturing market share and scaling operations in complex sectors such as logistics, supply chain, facilities management, hygiene services and cold chain.

As Interim CMO at OCS from 2018 to 2020, Doug supported the CEO through a commercial turnaround, focusing on aligning brand and customer propositions with the company’s new strategic direction. He has also held a long-standing Non-Executive Director role at The Store Room Ltd, providing strategic board-level oversight for a UK-based self-storage and asset management business.

Today, Doug is Chief Marketing Officer at Hubl Logistics Ltd, leading marketing for a startup revolutionising cold chain logistics with sustainable, energy-efficient transport solutions such as the CoolRun Pod. He specialises in marketing strategy, commercial turnaround, brand alignment, growth strategy, innovation management and sales leadership — making him a strong fractional Marketing Director for logistics, supply chain, facilities management and sustainability-led businesses.
