As Chief Information Officer at DHL Supply Chain, Keith oversaw global IT strategy and development for specialist business units including Life Sciences and Healthcare, bridging technical leadership with commercial and operational priorities. His career path is marked by a clear progression from deep technical roots in engineering and programming — sharpened during his time as Programme and IT Products Manager at Exel Logistics — to strategic leadership at global scale.
