About Phil
Sales Performance and Leadership Coach Phil Bradley brings over twenty-five years of senior sales leadership to Leadership Services, with a specialist focus on bridging the gap between training and real-world business results. Phil cut his teeth as Head of National Accounts at Lyreco UK Ltd, rising through field sales roles to lead national account management for one of the UK’s leading office supplies providers across the late 1990s and early 2000s.
He went on to serve as Director of Corporate Enterprises at Office Depot, managing large-scale corporate enterprise sales and business development strategies across the UK, followed by a Sales Director role at EFG European Furniture Group leading strategic sales initiatives for a major commercial furniture manufacturer. Across these roles he learned what training and tactics actually translate to repeatable revenue performance — and what does not.
Today, Phil runs Inspire Me Training as a Sales Performance and Leadership Coach, focusing on reinforcement and behavioural coaching to ensure sales and leadership development drives measurable business results. ILM Level 5 qualified, an authorised Wiley 5 Behaviours partner and an accredited LAB Profile Practitioner, Phil is the natural choice for sales-led businesses that have invested in training and want to make sure it actually changes behaviour and lifts revenue.
